The Frankie Sparo lyrics project

This archive began in May 2004 to collect my late-night, caffeine-fuelled transcriptions of Montreal singer-songwriter Frankie Sparo’s poetic and affecting lyrics. Over the next two years, collaborators from around the world joined me in filling the holes left by my imperfect ears, providing corrections, additions, and even—in the case of “Caméra”—translations.
